Well well , my journey as a customer started long back ago but i finally decided to write down about my daily surprises. My main focus will be on a telecom company I’m roaming around lately! Nawras in specific, it’s a telecom company located in Oman specifically in Muscat/ Al-Athaiba. I will try to write some daily updates about what i do here as a customer! They call me the inner voice of a customer! But I just feel its exaggeration for the time been! Because I still haven't witnessed the full thing as a customer! I mean come on it will take me months to see the full thing logically and it’s quite impossible to understand a dynamic lifecycle each customer face but I’m digging my way there! well at least i started, therefore I’m studying each touch point a customer interact with this industry now for a while and for sure I will share my journey over here and share a good and bad customer experience in all telecom industries I’ve dealt with.
